Pastor Griffin

Pastor Robert S. Griffin Sr. is pastor and founder of Christian Embassy Church. He founded CEC on November 24, 1991 with the God given vision to teach "Biblical Principles for Practical Living." His first sermon was entitled "Ambassadors for Christ." Since its beginning, CEC has grown steadily both spiritually and in membership.

We are currently worshipping in our present church facility which houses a sanctuary with seating for over 500, administrative offices, classrooms, a conference room, and various multipurpose rooms. All seated on 36 acres of breathtaking natural habitat overlooking two lakes. This is only the first phase of many planned for the site. Plans for the second phase include a 2000-seat sanctuary and a 1000-seat fellowship/banquet hall.

Pastor Griffin is passionate about serving in the Kingdom of God and teaching His people about Godly principles for victorious living. CEC currently has two Sunday morning services starting at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. The messages are taught in such a way that you will not only be able to understand it, but also able to apply it. There are many other classes to aide in your spiritual growth. i.e. leadership, spiritual growth, evangelistic, and parenting classes along with ministers training, etc. All for the enrichment of your walk with Christ.

Pastor Griffin is married to Cheryl Griffin. He is the dedicated father of two children and the loving grandfather of four beautiful granddaughters. Pastor Griffin is a a veteran of the United States Army and a retired employee of the United States Postal Service with over 25 years of service!
